Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Strong verbal skills, including the ability to clearly articulate your design ideas to consumers
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong customer management and superior customer service skills
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and productivity standards
• Provide customers with a unique and memorable shopping experience. Starting with greeting each customer as soon as they enter the store
• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in a professional manner
• Ability to build design plans based on a client’s needs, style, and living space
• Demonstrate superior knowledge of our products and interior design strategy.
• Assist in the visual merchandising of the store including furniture, accessories, lighting, and decor.
• Take a creative approach to photography to aid in our social media strategy.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to help the team achieve sales goals
• Punctual and willing to assist with overall store operations
• Available hours are Monday - Saturday Days 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
